The Church Planting Center of SEMO exists to serve the local church in learning to identify those population segments still needing a church among them as well as equipping the local church to plant a church among those groups.  As we carry out this mission we will begin to see the fulfillment of our vision, which is really God's vision: that all the peoples will give God the glory due his name. We believe the Bible teaches that God's vision is realized through the church.  Therefore, we are endeavoring to facilitate every people having a local church among them.
